Great food, good company

Our couses focus on the sharing of skills and techniques so you can advance you skills significantly at whatever level you are. The experience of being here is also about being in a beautiful place, great food, good company, fantastic locations and a relaxed and friendly environment.

 Courses run year-round with each season providing its own unique atmosphere. The summer is our busier season when courses tend to be full and the warmer weather means lots of courses make use of fantastic locations nearby.

The autumn and spring seasons are quieter with a focus on atmosphere, light, colour & studio/workshop based work by the warmth of the log burner. Food is a shared experience with the group eating together at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our chef Lauren is passionate about food looking as good as it tastes. We cater for all dietary requirements, have a fabulous vegetable garden, grow and use lots of fresh herbs and edible flowers and we keep hens for eggs
