Timings for classes are as follows:

Monday Mornings 9.30am-12.30pm

Monday Evenings 6.30pm-9.00pm

Production Throwing 9.30am-2.30pm

The earliest arrival time for your class is five minutes before class starts, so you can make yourself a drink and then come into class on time.

If you’re late for a class that’s fine, however everyone needs to finish at the time your class finishes.

Have access anytime day/night/weekends except Mondays and some limited availability during residential courses

PAYING THE SECOND INSTALMENT

  • The second and final payment is due three weeks before class starts or total amount is due at the time of booking if within three weeks of class starting.

  • Payment will be taken automatically from the card/payment method you booked with.

    If you want to change the payment method or would rather pay over the phone/in person etc let me know here

WHAT TO BRING

We have everything you need but if you have an apron and/or tools you like to use feel free to bring those with you each week.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Within 14 days of booking: You may cancel and receive a full refund.

    • More than 14 days after booking: Your first instalment is non-refundablnbe. If you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts, any remaining instalments will be cancelled.

    • Within 14 days of the course starting: No refunds will be given, and any outstanding balance remains payable.

  • If within 14 days of booking you are within the cooling off period and we will refund you in full. After that the deposit is non refundable.

    You can transfer your place to a friend using the form below instead of cancellation form.

  • Also non refundable but transferable to a friend (not transferable to another course) .

TRANSFER POLICY

If you can no longer attend your course, you can’t transfer to another one but instead of just cancelling it you can transfer your place to a friend and recoup your fees from them.

WHEN WILL I GET MY WORK?

Ahh the million dollar question! It really depends on the time of year and how long it takes for work to dry (humidity and well as how thick it is) and how much other work we have going through the studio at the time. Autumn is particularly busy for us so it can take weeks after you finish the course before it’s all finished. We will let you know as soon as it’s ready for pick up.
